Effective from 8th, June, 2025.
By engaging our repair services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Payment Terms:
No payment is required until the repair is completed, tested, and certified to be in good working condition, ready for dispatch. - If payment is not made within 48 hours of notifying the customer that the repair is complete, we reserve the right to sell the repaired component to recover costs. The customer forfeits the faulty unit.
- Repair Guarantee: All modules repairs are guaranteed for one month.
- Scope of Liability: we are only liable for the item send for repair. We are not liable for other components in the vehicle.
- Pre-Repair Process: Customers are required to scan and send diagnostic codes before sending in their module. This helps us diagnose the problem in advance and provide a more accurate repair quote.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are only issued if the customer returns the repaired module in its original condition and forfeits it
- Upon return, a 100% refund will be processed. This is the sole condition for a refund.
- Tampering Policy: All repaired modules are sealed before dispatch.
- If the customer opens or tampers with the module, the repair warranty becomes void, and we will not accept the item back under any circumstance, including failure.
- Right to Update Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions of Service at any time, based on changes in our business practices, legal requirements, or operational needs.
- Any updates will be made available on request or communicated through appropriate channels.
